I go back to work tomorrow! UGH!!! I have so enjoyed being off for the past four weeks. I loved being home with my two kids and honestly, I wish I did'n't have to return. I used to love going back, loved being able to get out of the house. But now, there is something about my kids smiling faces that changes things. I love to have my daughter wake me up and I love my son for turning on cartoons for his baby sister. I get to do this everyday, but now it will be RUSHED. HURRY UP, get dressed, eat this, get in the car, let's go, LET'S GO, let's go!!! It's all a mad rush. I wish it didn't have to be this way. I wish that I was able to be home with my kids full-time. Summer is only 6 months away...until then! 

This is the story of how we met. Stacey is running a challenge over at DSP. I decided this would be a great opportunity to put this event down on paper.

Do you ever just not have the flow? Yesterday I sat down in front of my computer wanting to create masterpieces, instead I create NOTHING!!!!

Ugh, I hate that. 

I'm getting back on the wagon. Tomorrow is the day. I can't believe that I let myself gain back ten of the thirty pounds I lost.

This layout was created using the 1-2-06 Designer's Challenge Kit. Lisa wasn't able to be at the beginning of the chat, so I enlisted help from Karen B and MommyMeg. Both came to my rescue to help me create this awesome kit. Lisa came and finished it up for us, adding word art, the TOU, and uploading to the site!

So, a BIG THANK YOU to my gurls! 

Know what I love the most about http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com? I love the friendly attitude. I love that we all feel like family. I have many cyber sisters and even a cyber brother all from DSP. Today marks the birthday of a woman that I admire. She's been through so much this year and I admire her courage. I have cried and laughed with her throughout this year. I hope she takes today and uses it selfishly all for herself, cause she deserves that! So happy birthday to my girlfriend Amber!!! I'm sending you big ol' cyber hugs and a cyber kiss on the cheek. 

I'm so honored! Lisa Carter asked me if I was interested in helping her out with her Designer's Challenge Chat. Of course, I said yes!! From now on the two of us are teaming up to create a mini kit in one hour. Yes, one hour! The best part of the chat is that the people in the chat room decide what we are creating! We go in having NO idea what we are going to make. Tonight people asked for a "Year in Review." Lisa picked the colors and made all the elements in this kit. I made the two backgrounds. The real magic for me will be when I see them used!!!

Can someone explain to me why my kids are sleeping in and my husband and I are sitting here wide awake!!! Every Christmas this happens. We aren't sure why, but really it's very funny. I can't wait for the madness to begin.
